First of all, your bandmate needs to have their own copy of iBandManager.
Backup your database and go to iTunes file sharing (see the FAQ) to get the "BandManager.sqlite" file. Attach it to an email or some other method to provide it to your bandmate. All your bandmate needs to do is manually copy the "BandManager.sqlite" file from you into their own iTunes file sharing area, and follow the restore procedure (see the FAQ). When completed, your bandmate will see a replica of your data with the following exceptions:
- The songs will not be linked with iTunes, so they will not be playable and the artwork will not display. All of the other song attributes will be there though. If you wish to re-link the songs to your music library, you obviously must have the songs on your iPad. Follow the linking procedure detailed in the "Getting Started" FAQ. We wish there was a better way, but the music libraries on individual iPads use a different numbering scheme which is not transferrable to another iPad with a different music library.
- The chart files are not automatically transferred (yet). The link is there, so if you go to iTunes file sharing and create a ZIP archive of all of your charts as-is and your bandmate un-ZIPs them into his sharing area, the charts will show up linked to the songs. This is a separate step today, but we are planning on improving this in the near future.
